10 Times the Men Closed the Met Gala 2022 Red Carpet
Like every Met Gala, individuality comes to life at fashion’s biggest annual show night! And while one might expect the ladies to snap the moment, some of the most popular male figures in the industry have understood, understood, and even recreated the gala’s mission!
As previously reported, the Met Gala 2022 is themed In America: An Anthology of Fashion. Gold glamor is the dress code, which means the look should exude a clean, classic look that goes well with a white tie.
Here are 10 ATEs that look just like the ATE and leave nothing but snaps and sick shots!
Ashton Sanders
Gold me out! Ashton Sanders stepped onto the Met Gala carpet in a Casablanca brand. His suit seems to mix royal and casual with what appears to be a jean-like material. Both the long-sleeved jacket and trousers are decorated with gold. Ashton wears makeup with dark sunglasses, gold trim, gold gloves, gold binoculars, and black shoes with a gold toe design. To complete the look, he included some light blue contacts!
Gunna
Gunna shaped the theme with a design by Thom Browne that included a black suit with a jacket-like trousers. His clothes stand out in gold, decorated with vines. He adorned the look with a purse in the shape of a puppy. Even the puppy purse is worn to impress with a suit and tie!
Leslie Odom Jr.
Leslie Odom J. He wears a black suit with sleeves that are a little above the elbows, but still above the wrists. The vest jacket also stops at the waist and features a deep V cut with a medium-sized black flower adorning the right hip. He completed his look with a woven black hat!
Jack Harlow
Jack Harlow went with the classic Givenchy suit, but with a lighter gloss finish throughout, even down to the shoes! There were no fancy accessories, but he let his loose curls fit very well.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II easily landed the Met’s dress code in his Thom Browne look! The focal point of his outfit is a vest jacket decorated with black and gold flowers, a long coat and a cropped cut that fits at the waist.
Lenny Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz skimmed through in a statement look from Chrome Hearts. He rocked tight leather pants with a sheer patterned lace jacket with long sleeves and a floor-length cape.
Future
Future added his own flair to the Met Gala mission with his Boss suit. He wore a white tie cropped over his vest jacket, including a deep velvet V-neck. His name is sewn into the pocket of his jacket. The future pairs the matching jacket with a matching mini skirt, adding shiny shoes and high black socks. In true futuristic fashion, he wears black sunglasses and accessories with a black, glitzy mask and diamond gloves.
Bad Rabbit
In his typical style, Bad Bunny went bold with his look for the Met! With her hair pulled up in a bun and adorned with golden accessories, the Latin star ditched the standard suit and tie. Instead, he opted for a yellow, full body, one-piece shirt with puffy shoulders and long sleeves. Beneath the v-neck, Bad Bunny wears a collared shirt and black tie.
Fredrik Robertsson
Fredrik Robertsson stole a gig at the Met Gala, but it didn’t initially bear his name. In fact, when he first appeared on the carpet, some media misidentified him as Jared Leto. However, Fredrik’s Iris van Herpen look is definitely still lifelike!
Kid Cudi
But when we are talking about understanding and completing tasks, that is Kid Cudi’s move at Met Gala 2022! The star donned a royal blue gown, matching the look with a floor-length gown that served little by little Bridgerton Lord.
