Finally, it’s time to try making cottage cheese one of our all-time favorites: bread. Indeed, we were recently introduced to the soft, high-protein cheese bread and we will never look back. It’s one of two punches — the cottage cheese contains 25 grams of protein per cup serving and helps keep the bread moist and soft. In the meantime, find three delicious cheese bread recipes, from savory to sweet, that will give you a whole new perspective on this once-controversial ingredient.
3 Cheesecake Recipes That Will Change Your Life (or At least the Way You Think About Cheese)

Few things are worse than dry banana bread…but with a little bit of fresh cheese, you’ll never make a loaf as hard as a brick again. In a recent TikTok video by @rachlmansfield, we learn how to make cheese banana bread with just eight ingredients. To start, the recipe developer combines a few overripe bananas (about two) in a bowl and mashes them with the back of a spoon. Then she added three eggs, half a small cup of water, some maple syrup, and some vanilla extract and stirred well.
Then, add the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and a little cinnamon to spice it up. Of course, you can stop right there, but if you want to enjoy some interesting mixes, Mansfield recommends adding walnuts, chocolate chips or blueberries. And for all the cheese haters, here’s the best way to enjoy (and the easiest way to hide) it. Nothing, picky eaters.
2. Cheese bread 5 ingredients

Wait. One minute. Is @carolinagelen seriously telling us you only need five ingredients to make a delicious fresh cheese loaf that’s crispy, crunchy, and soft inside in a recent TikTok video? Yes, yes really. According to her, the key to making great loaves of bread is to mix egg whites and cheese until they’re silky smooth. By doing so, Gelen explains, you’ll get the same results as brioche or milkshakes—the very things that make up the perfect sandwich or French toast recipe.
In addition to the cheese and egg white mixture, Gelen adds some essential ingredients to make the dough. This includes warm water to activate the active dry yeast, flour, and salt. To achieve the perfect texture, she kneads the dough on a floured surface and places it in a parchment-lined baking pan before putting it in the oven. When baked, the loaf rises from the pan, forming a crispy, crispy, and delicious golden-brown crust worthy of baking. Cottage cheese, whose?
3. Cheese 2-ingredient bread
@lilsipper_official 🍞🍞🍞 for this binning, no, it’s not egg-y! 🙌 More recipes on my IG✌🏼 1 c egg white powder (liquid egg whites won’t work) 1 c water 1 c cheese Bake for 30 minutes. Extended version on my IG #viralcottagecheese #cottagecheese #cottagecheeserecipes #lowcarbbread #eggwhitebread original sound – Lilsipper
Okay, just when we thought we had found the easiest cheese bread recipe of all time, we came across this two-ingredient version (made with egg whites and cheese only) by @lilsipper_official. Similar to how the angel cake is made, you’ll want to start by whisking the egg whites until soft peaks form. Meanwhile, you’ll want to blend the fresh cheese until it’s smooth and silky. When you’re ready to use both ingredients, fold them together quickly and gently. To avoid defusing the air bubbles trapped in the egg whites, you’ll want to use a flipping motion with a spatula as you mix slowly.
Finally, you’ll want to transfer the ingredients to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF. Result? A cloud-like bread that will literally take your breath away. It’s ethereal, light, and airy—like a giant cloud of nimbus moving across a clear blue sky. Seriously, fresh cheese has never looked so good (and delicious).
