Aaron CarterMelanie Martin’s fiancee has spoken out after the late singer’s mother blamed her for his death.
Former child star and singer, 34 years old, passed away suddenly in November On October 5, and in the midst of grief, Carter’s mother, Jane Schneck, is said to have shared several sensational posts on social media.
In the screenshots of now deleted posts shared by TMZSchneck accused Martin of getting close to her son for money, exploiting his death and driving him insane.
Martin told the publication that the “hurtful” comments came as a shock, as her relationship with Schneck was relatively peaceful before Carter’s death.

The 30-year-old model revealed to the publication that when she and Carter are together, Schneck often thanks her for giving her “best attention” to her son.
On one occasion, Schneck is said to have called Martin a “good woman” after she helped Carter fix his teeth.
However, after Carter’s death, Schneck shared a series of Facebook posts blaming Martin for her son’s death.
“My son is dead,” one post read, followed by another, “Melanie did it.”

Another post reads: “My son died for her and her ways of making money.”
“Now Melanie is planning a Vigil… F–k her. She drives him crazy and is cashing in on every opportunity.”
Martin and Carter dated for three years before they went public with their relationship in January 2020.
The couple got engaged in June 2020 and welcomed son Prince in November 2021.
The couple broke up and reconciled several times and annulled their engagement in February of this year, although a few months later they announced they had reconciled again.
In her interview with TMZ, Martin took the noble route, saying that she did not support Schneck’s writings against her; She knows everyone grieve in their own way.
Martin also revealed that an assistant to Carter’s sister, Angel, called her directly to apologize and inform that Schneck’s posts had been taken down.
Martin also said she has been invited to a memorial service for Carter next year that will be held by the family to scatter his ashes.
She added that she “wants to make peace” with Carter’s mother, who has yet to meet her grandson.
