BIRMINGHAM, ALA. – Due to impending weather related to Hurricane Ian, the Florida and South Carolina athletics divisions have announced changes to their respective soccer schedules for week five.

FROM SOUTH CAROLINA

The South Carolina State soccer game in South Carolina scheduled for Saturday noon in Columbia has been moved to Thursday, September 29 at 7 p.m. ET due to Hurricane Ian, it was announced. today. The game will be broadcast on the SEC network.

Business hours for University-controlled parking lots and athletics ticket offices will operate as normal.

Information regarding other University of South Carolina athletics events scheduled for this weekend will be communicated as information becomes available.

University officials are continuing to monitor Ian’s progress. If weather conditions or other factors affecting game operation of the day change, the School will adjust accordingly.
