Anne Heche’s estate is being sued by the woman who lost her home in a tragic accident

As you remember, in August, volcano the actress crashed her car several times before it ended in a house fire that would eventually take her life. Lynne MisheleThe owner of the house, was lucky to get out of the house with his pet in time before the space was engulfed in flames — but sadly, they had nothing left.

Now, follow TMZ, Lynne is suing Anne’s estate for the trauma she experienced as well as lost property and home. Through the lawsuit filed Monday, Mishele stated that she was preoccupied with her own business at home with her pets when the lawsuit occurred. Small cooperative crashed inside. Allegedly, it just stopped where she, her dogs and the turtle were sitting. Too scared!
She said in the suit that she was traumatized, claimed that loud noises startled her, that she had nightmares and flashbacks of the incident, and was scared to go outside. Very very sad.
She also said there was nowhere to live. And follow her GoFundMe As of November 7, she revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer. Sadly, all the money she earned to rebuild her house was used for medical bills:
“I had another crash on the road in September when I was diagnosed with cancer. I had surgery a few weeks ago and am doing well. The doctors were so optimistic, they said I wouldn’t even need chemotherapy! The contributions you all have generously made have not only helped me begin to rebuild my life after the fire, but have also helped me through my cancer diagnosis and treatment.”

Lynne is seeking at least $2 million in damages from the property. Anne’s estate was asked for comment but has not yet commented on the lawsuit. React, readers Perezcious?
