Ashton blurred his vision when he told Agus that Michael had collapsed when Ashton visited him in the hospital.

Although the brothers’ relationship has improved now, Michael explains that there was a time when things were not so smooth.
Michael said: “There was a time when I saw him get more attention than me and that made me feel jealous. “Here we were one and two for years and then he went up in the mountains to do big things and became a household name and that really affected my self-worth.”
After an open and honest conversation with his brother, Ashton said they “had a moment of deliberation and realized that we decided to tear down the walls we had built.”
“The world may see him differently, but I know him. He’s still my brother and he hasn’t changed, and he never will. After taking all the fame and everything out of it, I was able to get back to him,” Michael said.
In the episode of Test, Ashton also shared his diagnosis of vasculitis, an autoimmune disorder.
Earlier this year, Ashton said he was “lucky to be alive” after the illness impaired his vision, hearing and balance.
