Cyberpunk 2077 CD Projekt Red developer has revealed that their upcoming The Witcher remake will be open world.
This news comes by way of a quarterly financial call was held yesterday by the company that CDPR briefly mentioned that this remake was handled by developer Fool’s Theory, as reported by VG247. While not much has been revealed, CDPR has revealed in the image slide below that Codename: Canis Majoris, which we now know as The Witcher Remake, will be a “single-person open world RPG game. story-driven” and is a “modern reimagining”. of The Witcher in 2007.”
This might come as a surprise since that 2007 game is not open world and instead takes the player through small levels like the center in Vizima city.
