At least eight Grammy attendees wore gloves of some kind, including Saweetie, Dua Lipa, Olivia RodrigoKourtney Kardashian, Billy Porter, Allison Russell, DJ Millie and Emonee LaRussa.
Saweetie and Porter had a fitting style moment as they both wore Valentino’s recent fuchsia gloves Memorable monochrome collection. Rodrigo, meanwhile, is built upon her Vivienne Westwood gown inspired by goth with black opera gloves, which she wears on her head with a playful pink statement ring. As with many red carpet trends, Beyoncé did it first: you might remember that she wearing leather gloves with her Schiaparelli mini dress to last year’s award show. This could be a sign to stock up on opera gloves for the upcoming wedding Season?
