Chicken and broccoli with truffle sauce

Here, I am happy to share Chicken and broccoli with truffle sauce Introducing Pampered Chef’s Black Truffle & Herb Seasoning (omg, it’s so delicious and special). It was a lucky thing to do and it has been repeated often in my house.

In my opinion, chicken and broccoli make a perfect pair, you can find them in stir-fries, soups and stews. This fine wheel is a one-of-a-kind wonder that feels fancy. It’s easy to prepare the kids for a busy weekend night but special enough for friends on the weekend. It checks all the boxes. Are you hungry?!?

Some note:
-I use a pampered 5-qt chef. Nonstick skillet with matching lid from their Brilliance Cookware line (click here for more information), and boy, it works beautifully. Not only does it look stunning on the stovetop (I love the shimmery blue color) but it’s also big and wide, and the silicone handle allows for easy grip when the metal heats up. Oh, and it’s also easy to clean.

-If you prefer chicken thighs, exchange them. Simply use 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (remember to weigh without skin/bones). I recommend avoiding poultry with bones, as it will alter the cooking time and change the recipe. Another tip: When the chicken is resting, you can choose to cut it into bite-sized pieces or large slices before putting it back in the pan, which helps the insides really blend in with the sauce.

– To make this dish dairy-free, use oil instead of butter when sautéing onions.

-There’s no need to open a bottle of delicious white wine specifically for this recipe, unless you’re going to serve the rest of the meal—ahem ;). You can use any leftover wine instead, or a cheap bottle, or simply use broth.

– Cook broccoli at the end for about 4 to 5 minutes; this gives a firm yet soft texture. You can adjust the cooking time depending on how you like your broccoli — softer than broccoli. The longer it steams, the softer it will be.

-If you’re not a fan of mushrooms, leave them out and add diced red bell peppers (and optionally diced carrots) along with the onions.

-You can season the finished dish with salt and pepper to taste (you’ll notice that I didn’t add any salt to the final recipe, so you can adjust to your personal taste.) core). And for extra warmth, you can add a few sprigs of fresh thyme when cooking the mushrooms. The dish can also be finished with fresh parsley.

This one-and-done recipe is packed with lean protein from chicken and fiber and antioxidants from all the delicious veggies. And it’s versatile: Do it once according to the recipe, then put your own signature spin on it!
