Dontnod Entertainment has revealed their next game: Banishers: Ghosts of a New Eden. While Dontnod is best known for his work in the Life is Strange series, Banishers is an action/RPG game, and it probably shares a lot in common with the studio’s 2018 game Vampyr. In the reveal trailer, a man sits across from a woman, holding her hand. Another person in the room called the man an banisher, a ghost hunter. Then, the woman sitting at the same table dissolved into a blue light, revealing that she was a ghost during the past time. We then get a glimpse of what the gameplay will be like, with the man and his spooky companion plunging into battle with an undead creature known as a walking stickman. skeletal.
Outside of that short trailer, we have a release window. Near the end of 2023, Banishers: Ghosts of a New Eden is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
