Elden Ring is being adapted into a board game, thanks to a partnership between Bandai Namco and Steamforged Games. Bandai Namco, publisher Elden Ring, and board game developer Steamforged previously worked together on board game Dark Souls, and Steamforged also created adaptations of Horizon, Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, etc.
Based on Steamforged, the board game’s Kickstarter campaign is coming very soon. We don’t know exactly how the board game will play yet, but it will support 1 to 4 players Blurred to visit iconic locations in the giant world of Elden Ring, The Lands Between .
Players will also face enemies and bosses from the game, with “diceless combat that requires players to strategize and adjust their plans in each encounter”. The announcement states that the player will have to face off against enemies including “the lowly Godrick Soldier or the compound King himself.”
Back in 2018, Steamforged Games’ board game Dark Souls hit its Kickstarter funding goal in only three minutes. We’ll have to wait and see if the Elden Ring can break that record. how fast the game sold this year.
This isn’t the only adaptation of the hit FromSoftware we’ve seen recently. In the first day of this month, Elden Ring has an official manga with a humorous side to Tarned and The Lands Between.
Elden Ring easily becomes the most discussed game of 2022. We gave it a 10 in our ratingand Elden Ring also topped our list for both Best PlayStation 5 games and Xbox Series X games | Best S. Elden Ring also became a Twitch phenomenon thanks in part to iconic player, Let Me Solo Her.
