All we see is Maddie giving her old best friend some much needed advice. (Same goes for Kat, who seems to have been cast aside this season.) As for Cassie, she’s completely alone after being dumped by Nate, her friends, and even her family. Hopefully we’ll see her modesty soon.
We can also hope for some updates on Rue and Jules’ friendship. The best friends ended their romance when Jules told Rue’s mother about her drug use. Although the pair spoke briefly at the end of Lexi’s play, they were not fully reunited as friends. or like lovers. But maybe that’s for the best.
