Expecting mothers to practice Yoga?

Yoga is extremely beneficial after giving birth

71% of new mothers said they felt more energized to do daily household chores, while 83% said it improved their flexibility. Eighty-two percent found it improved their sleep, something new mothers rarely get.

The survey clearly shows that while most new and expecting moms know about prenatal and postnatal yoga, they don’t practice it. Women do not attach great importance to their own health.
