Wright’s takes: FICTION. The Bulldogs have recruited defenders well, but the show’s initial talent-gathering on the defensive line is just as bad. Fans must be excited about the future of Georgiaprotect with Jamaal Jarrett to Athens. Jarrett is a mainstay and can cannibalize top laners, freeing defenders and putting pressure on QB internally. Gabriel Harris is a monster on the fringes that are collapsing pockets. Seven CloudsHis development will be interesting to see how he has so many achievements. There are other defensive line targets that the Bulldogs are pursuing, like the defensive endpoint of the IMG Academy Samuel M’Pembathat can make this position group a memorable one.
May be lost: REALITY. It’s hard to do better Glenn Schumannlinebacker’s internal pull in 2023. Bulldogs added a pair of Rivals250 leads in Troy Bowles and Raylen Wilson. Georgia also received pledges from CJ Allen, a talented three-star prospect who could very well join Rivals250 at the end of his senior season. The Bulldogs lost three inside liners to the NFL in this year’s draft, but they certainly made up for that with inner supporter commitments in the 2023 cycle.

2. Alabama will finish at the top of the 2023 team standings.
Wright’s takes: REALITY. Although still in the back Notre Dame in the Rivals.com Team Recruitment Rankings, Alabama is taking command of the class of 2023. Regardless of the mess, the decisions from CB are five stars Cormani McClainDE Samuel M’PembaATH Port of NyckolesOG TJ Shanahan Jr.DE David Hicks Jr.OT Samson OkunlolaWR Hykeem Williams and CB Javien Toviano will quickly affect rankings depending on where they commit. If Tide gets a few out of five stars, they look like a padlock to the top spot. But Ohio State, Texas, Georgia and Notre Dame may make some noise challenging supremacy.
Howard’s takes: REALITY. The tides have risen earlier than expected in this cycle, especially with the two big purchases in the Caleb Downs and Justice Haynes, who may have landed in Georgia. Additionally, the momentum on the road didn’t stop from July to August when Alabama took on two more major commitments, including Osborne Hunter and flip Ty Lockwood. With names like Cormani McClain, James Smith, Jaquavious Russaw, Kelby Collins and Damon Wilson (not to mention a few flipping opportunities), Tide has positioned herself in a comfortable position to be Top class again.

3. Florida State’s 2023 place will be hurt if the Seminoles win 7-5 this season.
Wright’s takes: REALITY. The training lineup in Sunshine State has changed with the addition Billy Napier in Florida and Mario Cristobal in Miami. The Gators have won six while the Hurricanes recorded seven. Miami currently holds 9th place on the team rankings with Florida not far from 15th. Seminoles is ranked 43rd on the rankings. Seven wins show signs of improvement, but those wins have to add up to their state rivals.
The fun part is playing with the question, State of Florida get both Miami and Florida this season. Winning head-to-head matches against their opponents can change the hearts and minds of rookies. Mike Norvell It took seven wins, but it also needed to keep up with the pace of both teams to get the talent. If Miami and/or Florida have big seasons, that could make it harder for the Seminoles to land the top prospects all three shows are aiming for.
Fishbein takes: FICTION. The last time FSU had a winning record was 2017. This is also the last time FSU went to a bad match. Winning seven games in the regular season means a trip to the post-season and does wonders for the Seminoles’ recruiting efforts. The prospect of wanting to see progress and seven wins could mean FSU has finally turned the corner under the watch of coach Mike Norvell. With seven wins will help secure commitment from players such as four-star defense tackle Jordan Hall and also put them into the mix to have leads like Jalen Brown. These top rated players just want FSU to win.
Kutz took it. FICTION. If the Seminoles were 7-5, I would say that would be helpful to kids who naturally want to sign here but might not shake off a potential client who isn’t likely to tie. Movement 7-5 shows an improvement compared to 5-7 and indicates that FSU is trending in the right direction. To get seven wins against this schedule, FSU will have some special wins to enhance their record.
