French Tom, Infinite auraThe multiplayer creative director of , who has worked for the franchise for over 11 years, has left 343 Industries.
The Frenchman announced the news on Twitter, saying he is about to have “new adventures” but is very proud of his time working alongside Master Chief.

“After 11 and a half years in Halo, I stepped out of my Spartan armor for the last time to start new adventures,” French said. “It’s been an honor to join a game that I love so much as a player and greatly admire as a developer. I couldn’t be prouder of my time at 343.”
The French left 343 branches followed Halo Infinite’s big winter update added match and XP based performance, Forge Mode beta, official launch of online campaign co-op and campaign replay, two new maps, new battle cards, Covert One Flag game mode, etc.
This winter update is a big moment for the studio, and comes with the promise that it will continue to address feedback areas in addition to focusing on shorter, regular content streams. and “bigger things to come”.
At launch, Halo Infinite debuted with a controversial multiplayer progression system, but French and team have worked tirelessly to develop it and provide players with the multiplayer experience they have come to expect. While there is always more work to be done, they have made great strides in doing it.
