He even took up an online pseudonym for his jokes, Anatoly Powerlifter.

The 24-year-old usually targets tough guys who don’t recognize him or his massive muscles thanks to his cunning disguise.

He then silences them as he demonstrates his extraordinary lifting skills – while capturing their hilarious reactions on camera.

In one of his recent posts, Vladimir is seen disguised as a cleaner while sweeping the gym floor to make his ruse more plausible.

He approached two men in the gym before offering to teach them how to do the ultimate pull-up.

The prankster said: “Pull-up? My name is Anatoly. I’m the coach here.

“Perhaps I can show you a good technique in pulling up for muscle?”

The confused men agreed, but seemed to watch Vladimir pull himself up with little hope that he would teach them anything special.

But the weightlifter then began to master a variety of pull-ups, while even finding time to clap each time he lifted himself.

Many exercisers can be seen turning their heads as Vladimir easily finishes challengesbefore he plunges into a series of push-ups.

When he asked Vladimir if he’d ever worked out before, the content creator then quipped: “I just train with a mop!”

His hilarious videos have proven his charm on social media and regularly reach millions of views.

Powerlifter’s online success is even more touching after watching his journey to the top.

Vladimir was born into poverty – but managed to escape his bleak reality after being fascinated by American bodybuilder.

He then created his own amazing gym out of old Soviet tractor parts, wood and brick at the age of 14.

The weightlifter relies on his family’s produce from their farm to help him gain weight, eat eggs and urine. cheese seven times a day.
