“Given that its own senior leadership has publicly acknowledged the creation of terrorist groups and trained them to fight in Afghanistan and the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the boldness of Pakistan, as a self-proclaimed torch for the human rights of the people of India, it is documented that the largest number of internationally wanted terrorists have been operating with impunity on Pakistani soil.
“Therefore, Pakistan has been held accountable for violating the most basic of human rights, the right to life, of their innocent victims and threatening peace and security not only in my country. but also the whole region.We call on the Council and its mechanisms call on Pakistan Badhe said.
He said Pakistan has one of the worst records for ensuring freedom of religion or belief for its ethnic minorities.

Badhe said the OIC had failed to prevent Pakistan from misusing its platforms.
“We reject the incorrect and unwarranted factual references to India in the OIC statement. We regret that the OIC countries, with whom we share a close relationship, failed to prevent Pakistan from abusing OIC platforms to promote anti-India propaganda,” he said.
Pakistan mentioned Jammu and Kashmir in its statement at the United Nations Human Rights Council joint debate. Its special envoy also issued a statement to the Council on behalf of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
