MANILA, Philippines—Filipino defender SJ Belangel and the losing streak of Daegu KOGAS Pegasus continued in the Korean Basketball League on Wednesday.
Daegu lost its third game in a row, falling to defending champions Seoul SK Knights, 78-73, at the Daegu Gymnasium.
Belangel, the former standout Ateneo player, came on from the bench and scored 10 points from 5/9 shots from the field.
Pegasus slid 10-13 for seventh while the Knights finished fifth leveling their win-loss record to 12-12
Lee Dae-Sung overcame Daegu with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists.
Jameel Warney energized Seoul with a nearly double performance with 18 points and nine pounds.
