Martha Stewart opened her first restaurant, The Bedford, by Martha Stewart, in Paris Las Vegas. Reservations can be made online at the extensive restaurant, which has a unique and intimate atmosphere and menu that reflects her culinary inspirations.

Developed by Martha and her team of experts, Bedford’s French-inspired menu features dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu incorporates some of Stewart’s favorite recipes while taking guests to an authentic dining experience at her famous country ranch.

The dish includes a Classic Niçoise Salad, made with olive oil-soaked tuna, apricots, vermouth-soaked potatoes, cooked eggs and topped with anchovy vinegar oil; oysters Rockefeller, toasted with Pernod cream, spinach and watercress, and finished with crispy parsley toast; Whole grilled herb chicken, carved countertops and Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, smash the edge of the table and serve with crème fraiche, Chi ves and bacon or Golden Osteria caviar. Desserts include Meringue lemon cake upside downconsists of a crispy meringue crust, sour lemon filling and whipped cream topping.

Bedford also offers a range of signature cocktails, including Martha-tiniMade with Zubrówka bison grass vodka, vermouth, dried lemon and frozen liquor Pomegranate Martha-rita, Made with Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and salt and sugar. The restaurant also features Martha’s Chard, her California chardonnay from 19 Crimes.
Designed by Martha herself, this 194-seat dining destination offers visitors an authentic look at how Martha lives and entertains in her own home. Bedford by Martha Stewart inspired her 1925 country farmhouse, including an exact replica of her own brown bois imitation dining room. Additional elements inside The Bedford include a kitchen space with white marble counters, stainless steel appliances and gray wood cabinets. Hanging copper pans of various sizes from the MARTHA by Martha Stewart collection also adorn the kitchen area.
