NBA: DeMar DeRozan, Bulls subdue the struggling Bucks in OT

DeMar DeRozan scored a team-high 42 with 10 rebounds and Nikola Vucevic added 15 points and 14 rebounds to help hosts Chicago Bulls beat struggling Milwaukee Bucks 119-113 in extra time on Wednesday night.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had a career-high 45 points and 22 best rebounds, while Bobby Portis added 20 points and 11 goals for Milwaukee, the team’s highest losing streak in a four-game season.
Milwaukee won 22 counterattacks, but the Bulls persisted for a fourth win in five games.
The Bucks started the fourth half 12-0, taking advantage as the Bulls missed their first six scoring attempts in the half. Chicago recovered in 99-93 on Zach LaVine with 4:15 to go and was again in round six with 1:52 left.

Antetokounmpo responded with a field goal on both occasions en route to his sixth 40-point effort of the season, but the Bulls kept pushing, ending the 13-2 rule to force compensation. hour. After drilling 18 3-pointers in the teams’ first game of the season, winning at 118-113, the Bulls were only 9 to 22 from outside the arc on Wednesday.
Bulls guard Coby White picked up a left foot injury in the first half and did not return.
