Randall Emmett and Children of Ambyr trying to solve their legal problems.
Ex-girlfriend – married from 2009 to 2017 and share a daughter London and Rylee together – have been engaged in a messy battle since last year when Ambyr sought an emergency restraining order against him. But before things take a turn for the worse between them, it looks like they’re finally trying to settle things out of court.
Based on Page Six on Wednesday, court documents filed the day before revealed that Ambyr and Randall had been scheduled for a hearing in their legal battle but chose to postpone it to January 26, because they is “working to solve”. No other details have been released on the matter at this time – except for the fact that her current restraining order will stay in place until their hearing on Thursday.

In case you didn’t know, their legal dispute started when Friend the actress attempted to obtain an emergency order in October. She claims the 51-year-old filmmaker and his attorney, Ben Valencia, exchanged a number of “threatening” emails, including one in which the attorney questioned when they could “get this thing out.” Ambyr reveals more la kentHer former fiancé was mentally and physically abusive throughout their marriage, recalling him “putting his arm around my neck and telling me I could never leave him.” .
Despite the shocking charges against him, a judge denied a request to issue a temporary emergency order due to a lack of evidence and technical “confidentiality between attorney and client”. But two months later, Ambyr finally received a temporary restraining order against Randall after she accused him of being under investigation for “possibly related to child exploitation and pedophilia”.
Ambyr said she became aware of the investigation on December 6 after being “contacted by an agent of Federal Bureau of Investigation ask [her] Questions about [Emmett’s] activities suspected of child exploitation and pedophilia.” As a result, a judge granted her request for a temporary restraining order — forcing Irish Producers must stay “100 yards away” from Ambyr, her home, her workplace, and her vehicle. However, an exception was made when they exchanged their children “briefly and peacefully” for court-ordered visitation.

Immediately following the pedophilia allegations, Randall issued a vehement denial, saying in a video posted on Instagram:
“At this point, the lies have been stretched so far. We’ve spent today confirming because we know there’s no honesty in any of this, that the FBI never investigated me and didn’t investigate me because there was nothing to investigate.”
