RHOBH star Erika Jayne claims she can’t pay her $2.2 million California state tax bill amid legal troubles!

The 50-year-old reality TV star appears to be having a hard time paying the 7-figure tax bill in the state of California – so the claim is made by polarization The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Play yourself in a new court filing! And the amount she owes is NOT a small amount either!

In a document filed with a California court earlier this week, Bravo-lebrity outlines that she owes exactly $2,226,985.77 in taxes to the Golden State California Franchise Tax Commission. (!!!!!)
Writing about how to pay the amount seems to be taboo for her at this point, Jayne states in the document (below):
“I am trying to figure out the basis of this tax bill with the help of my business manager who is also an accountant. I can’t afford to pay [California Franchise Tax Board] Tax bill. ”
Oh oh.
And according to newly obtained court documents, these tax troubles appear to have been a pain in the ass for a decade. Our weekly New filings discovered this week allege that Erika’s tax affairs are not recent, but are believed to focus on the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
In fact Pretty messy The author seems a bit unsure of himself about what actually consists of the seven figure bill! Reporting superintendent Jayne is unsure if the California Franchise Tax Commission “requires any form of liens” on any of her properties. TBH, it would be interesting to know if title might include any of her expensive assets, some of which Jayne has previously been charged with in court for allegedly soliciting shrouded in order to stay out of reach of the investigator in her various legal battles.
Obviously, tax issues like this take some time to consider. Unfortunately, if California taxpayers are currently asking for refunds from fiscal year 2011, it could take a little longer to work things out from here. However, Erika has been facing a lot of problems lately – and honestly, it looks like some of the problems are on her own.
First, the Georgia-born reality TV star was tasked with recent comments she made about her estranged husband’s mental and physical health, Tom Girardiand negatively compares her situation with that of the legendary Bravo Bethenny Frankel with the sad death of love Dennis Shields. Other RHOBH The members tried to push Erika to put her public life in order, but shocking new accusations were made against Erika as the “front woman” of a “criminal enterprise”. didn’t exactly help that cause.
The news of this tax bill also comes at an awkward television time for Erika. In the new Wednesday night episode of RHOBH on Bravo, the reality TV veteran actress used her all-round glamor team (it costs $40K per month!) to do her hair and makeup during the cast’s trip to Mexico.

ALRIGHT. We understand that point of view in a level. You can certainly make the “art of living” argument under certain circumstances, and you all know how much we love fashion!!
