Fighting game fans rejoice: Street Fighter 6 is coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and PC on June 2, 2023. It will be available in two versions, with prices starting at $59.99. SF6, as it is cutely known, is available for pre-order at all the usual retailers (watch it at Amazon). What is Street Fighter 6?
Street Fighter 6 is the latest installment in the long-running fighting game series. At launch, the game will feature 18 characters, and more will be added in the future.
The game includes three modes. The first is the Fighting Ground, where you will find all the modes from Street Fighter V. The next is the Battle Hub, where you can meet other fighters. Finally there’s the World Tour, what they call a single player mode.
New controls are also available as options. Of course, there are classic controls, but also a Modern control format that makes it easier to execute special moves. Finally, there is a Dynamic Controls option geared towards button editors.
