Say hello to Vizer, a free app that encourages users to get up and move. When you download the app (available on iOS and Android devices), you can track qualifying activities, such as walking 10,000 steps, exercising for 30 minutes, or taking a class in the studio partners, such as Orangetheory Fitness. After an activity is recorded, you can click Donate and the folks at Vizer work with US food banks to donate a meal in your honor to people in need. You can then rinse and repeat, starting over the next day for another meal. (You only need to click the Donate button before midnight because the app refreshes every day and the donated meals don’t carry over.)

That’s not all: For every meal donated, you earn one point. Vizer Points can be redeemed about healthy brands like Coconut smoothy, Core foodand olipops at participating local partners that you can find in the app. They are listed close to your location, so you won’t have to search around to redeem them. That said, since Vizer is still relatively new, its live services are most abundant in major metropolitan areas.
