Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears’ accuser speaks out after filing dismissal of lawsuit for disruptive comedy skit

The woman denounced the comedian Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears forcing her and her younger brother to play disruptive comedy skits years ago filed a dismissal of her lawsuit against the stars.

On Tuesday, the anonymous “Jane Doe,” who represented herself and her siblings in the case, filed a court order announcing the dismissal. As part of her announcement, the alleged anonymous victim also shared a statement in the court filing. It was short, concise, and seemed to end the legal battle in one fell swoop. Writing about her family’s longstanding relationship with Haddish, without mentioning Spears, the woman shared:

“My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and now we know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us. . We wish Tiffany all the best and are glad we can all put this behind our backs. “

In another, her younger brother was an older man’s interest, with Haddish playing the boy’s mother and Spears playing the pedophile. It ends with a line about being careful with who you leave your child to watch. That sketch appeared briefly on Funny or deadly years after it was filmed before the comedy site removed the upload. The site has recently shied away from the controversy.

At the beginning of September, Haddish was Instagram and released a statement about her regret over the matter. She told fans she could not comment on the ongoing lawsuit that followed, and explained:

“I know people have a lot of questions. I got it. I come to you right away. Unfortunately, because there’s a legal case going on, there’s very little I can say right now. But obviously, while this sketch was meant to be humorous, it wasn’t funny at all – and I deeply regret agreeing to act in it.”

Since then, lawyers for both Haddish and Spears have countered the allegations. A lawyer for Night classes the star said to The Wrap that the allegations of misconduct are “bogus”. Spears’ representatives also claimed the lawsuit was an attempt at extortion.
