After a long wait, the trailer for Bhediya finally stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, and it promises a unique storyline, somewhat creepy and funny. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, the film is the third installment in a three-part comedy-horror universe that includes Stree and Roohi.
Bhediya is the story of Bhaskar, a man who was bitten by a mythical wolf and began to transform himself into the creature. When his friends discovered this truth, a series of twists and turns took place. The teaser shows a glimpse of the superhero-style plot, where Varun wonders why he got bitten, while Kriti Sanon who plays the doctor reiterates that since he was choose, he must assume responsibility.
The trailer also previews Varun’s CGI-assisted transformation into a wolf, as well as a remix of the popular tune from the Jungle Book Animated Series titled “Jungle Baat Chali Hai”. The remaining cast including Deepak Dobriyal and Abhishek Banerjee were also introduced.
Bhediya, which is set to entertain audiences with its humorous meets horror storyline, was filmed in Arunachal Pradesh. The film will hit theaters on November 25.
