Turkish customs authorities have seized a Russian cargo ship carrying grain that Ukraine says is stolen, Ukraine’s ambassador to Turkey said on Sunday.
Ambassador Vasyl Bodnar said on Ukraine’s national TV channel: “We have a full range of cooperation activities.
Bodnar said that the ship’s fate would be decided by investigators’ revision on Monday.
