When does Apex Legends Season 13 start?
All focus can be on the new Warrior Collection Event currently taking place in Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance, but that doesn’t stop most fans from wondering what Respawn has planned for their favorite battle royale game for the next season. Season 13 is sure to bring plenty of balance changes, a new character, new events and more – but when can we dive in?
Seasons of Apex Legends run for three months each for a total of four seasons per year. As of Season 12 which begins on February 8, 2022, Respawn is scheduled to launch Season 13 on May 3. Of course, that date will not be without unexpected delays that may arise for any reason. Seasonal delays have happened in the past, so it’s not entirely out of the question, but it’s still an unlikely scenario.
As for what to expect in Season 13, there is little concrete information. Early rumors and leaks hinted at the birth of a new legend, Blisk, who can summon a titan that can aid in battle or sweep the environment. Additionally, Loba is predicted to be the next legend to receive the heirloom.
For now, Season 12 continues to flourish with a limited time return of the fan favorite Control mode and the birth of drone expert Crypto’s long-awaited heirloom.
