Zelenskyy to meet Biden, address Congress in Washington
WASHINGTON: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet the US president Joe Biden and addressed Congress on Wednesday during a visit to Washington, his first foreign trip since the Russian invasion in February, the White House said.
White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said Zelenskyy will join Biden at the White House to announce “an important new security assistance package”. Among them are advanced Patriot anti-aircraft missiles, a senior administration official said.
